Thank you for ordering from MRS Electronic. If you have a complaint due to a defect, wrong delivery, or similar situation despite our quality check, please use our complaint service. We would like to learn from your documented complaints and faults in order to take measures to avoid any faults in the future.


Guidelines for the RMA form

In order to process returned products quickly and efficiently, we need a bit of information and/or documents from you depending on your request. Before filling out the RMA form, please check the following information and make sure you have the relevant information and documents available.
 

1. Transport Damage

Transport damage must be reported immediately to the transport company.

  • Copy of the notification to the transport company
  • Order number or copy of the order/order confirmation
  • Copy of the delivery note
  • Pictures of the damaged packaging
  • Pictures of the damaged products

2. Incoming Goods

For example, incorrect delivery or missing quantity

  • Order number or copy of the order/order confirmation
  • Copy of the delivery note
  • Picture of the transport label on the package
  • Images of the products (print and label)

3. Installation/Tests

  • Detailed test report/exact description of the failure
  • Images of the products (print and label)

4. Field Failure

  • Detailed test report/exact description of the failure
  • Images of the products (print and label)

Note

The reported goods must be returned. The shipping costs will only be refunded in case of warranty. There is a 12-month legal warranty.
